Moist and sweet quick bread
Ingredients
Scale:
- 1.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.38 cup butter
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 1.5 cup eggs
- 2.25 cup bananas
- 0.75 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.75 tsp baking soda
- 0.38 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350�F (175�C)
- Mash ripe bananas
- Cream butter and sugar
- Beat in eggs and vanilla
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt
- Fold in mashed bananas
- Pour into greased loaf pan
- Bake 60-65 minutes until golden
