Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.38 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1.5 cup eggs
  • 2.25 cup bananas
  • 0.75 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 tsp baking soda
  • 0.38 tsp salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350�F (175�C)
  2. Mash ripe bananas
  3. Cream butter and sugar
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla
  5. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt
  6. Fold in mashed bananas
  7. Pour into greased loaf pan
  8. Bake 60-65 minutes until golden
