Rich and hearty Italian classic
Ingredients
Scale:
- 18 cup lasagna noodles
- 2.25 cup ground beef
- 1.5 cup onion
- 4.5 tsp garlic
- 36 cup tomato sauce
- 3 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 0.75 cup parmesan cheese
- 75 piece eggs
- 1.5 tsp italian seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven to 375�F (190�C)
- Cook ground beef until browned, drain fat
- Add onions, garlic, and cook until soft
- Stir in tomato sauce, herbs, and simmer 20 minutes
- Layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese in baking dish
- Repeat layers, ending with cheese
- Bake covered 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 more minutes
