Beef Lasagna (Variation 2)

Ingredients

Scale:
  • 9 cup lasagna noodles
  • 1.12 cup ground beef
  • 0.75 cup onion
  • 2.25 tsp garlic
  • 18 cup tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.38 cup parmesan cheese
  • 37 piece eggs
  • 0.75 tsp italian seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375�F (190�C)
  2. Cook ground beef until browned, drain fat
  3. Add onions, garlic, and cook until soft
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, herbs, and simmer 20 minutes
  5. Layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese in baking dish
  6. Repeat layers, ending with cheese
  7. Bake covered 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 more minutes
