Creamy Indian curry with tender chicken
Ingredients
Scale:
- 1.5 cup chicken breast
- 1 cup yogurt
- 12 piece garlic
- 20 piece ginger
- 1 cup onion
- 14 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
Method
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 2 hours
- Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through
- Saut� onions and garlic until golden
- Add spices and cook until fragrant
- Stir in tomato sauce and cream
- Add cooked chicken and simmer 10 minutes
- Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice
