Creamy Indian curry with tender chicken

Ingredients

Scale:
  • 1.5 cup chicken breast
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 12 piece garlic
  • 20 piece ginger
  • 1 cup onion
  • 14 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 2 hours
  2. Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through
  3. Saut� onions and garlic until golden
  4. Add spices and cook until fragrant
  5. Stir in tomato sauce and cream
  6. Add cooked chicken and simmer 10 minutes
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice
