Mix warmed water (400g), honey and oil with yeast and let bloom for 5 min
Mix flouring and salt in water mixture and knead until incorporated
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Stretch and fold for 3-5 minutes. (Repeat this 2-3 times for better internal texture)
Cover and let rest for 1 hour
Grease pan with olive oil or butter
spread the dough into the pan and then fold it into thirds, Then flip the dough seam-side down and gentily spread the dough and poke your fingers about 80% of the way into the dough (your fingers should not touch the pan)
